This is the third transaction that Sharri has helped us with. Selling a large home on 6 acres 3 years ago (in 5 days), helping us buy a downsized home and now helping us sell that home (to the first person who inquired) before we recently moved out of state. Sharri was so knowledgeable in the area and processes for our loan type. We were looking out at a property in Selah and she was concerned about the septic being too close to the water line and she was right. Looked into blueprints and everything saved us the fee to look into the property ourselves. Shes still working with us!!
