This review has been long due. I bought two homes within 9 months (Oct 2020 and July 2021) with Sharons help and expertise. For the first home, the offer was accepted out of 3 others + sight unseen and for the second one, our counter offer was accepted out of 5 other offers in a very competitive market. Neither of these would have been possible if Sharon wasnt there for me. Both offers were nicely done and very thorough. Even in a highly competitive situation, where we had to remove certain contingencies, Sharon made sure that there were still ways to back out of the deal if things didnt work out in our favor. She always has your best interest and has top-notch communication during the process. I have said this before in my review on Zillow in 2016 and 2019 and will say this again - If you want to be part of a winning team, you can with Sharon. She is undeniably the BEST at what she does!
