Well, she did it again. Back in '16 Sharon helped me find and purchase my first home. After listening to my desires and interests, she recommended I head out to Pasadena and I'm so glad I listened. It was perfect for my life at that time, and while I am sad to let it go, she's now helped me sell my condo. Sharon made both the buying and selling process incredibly easy, and she is the first person I'll be calling when I am ready to buy again. When I first approached her about selling my place she reminded me of our conversations nearly 8 years ago where my plan was to eventually buy a house and rent out my condo. Sharon was great to work with! It was a very easy going experience, no hassles or anything like that. She understood exactly what I was in the market for and didnt try to convince me to settle for anything less than that. We found the house that was perfect for me and got the deal done, even though there was 4 more offers on the same house. Closed escrow about 15 days later!! Wild!!
