Lance is sincerely the best agent I have personally worked with in the 28 years of purchasingI have done! He is very knowledgable of the geographical areas , goes above and beyond to obtain all information for the due diligence process, knows everything up and coming for not only the market but also the area, is beyond a go getter, never makes a promise he doesn't keep, always answers his phone, texts, and emails promptly. Just moving from S Fl I knew very little about the areas, I contacted at-least a dozen agents whom all let me down with in a matter of days, finding Lance was a God send! We were not only looking for our own property but many properties to build homes on as investors/designer. Not knowing enough about the local market, he set my heart at ease and made it a fun process. We closed on many properties and hardly did any of the work ourselves, he lead and we followed. There was not and still is not a question, he didn't provide an answer to ..... he doesn't make this feel like work in the least, it is very obvious he genuinely cares for his clients and the outcomes, he proved that day in and day out... and continues to do so! We trust lance, which for me is half the battle. With his guidance and determination he has helped us make some wonderful investments. We are and will continue to work with Lance, he is a power house, unlike any other Agent I have come across in NC and SC.
