Hi there! Thanks for taking a look at my profile, let me tell you a little about myself! I started selling real estate in 2004 after 17 years in the customer service industry. My interest in real estate began through investing in rental homes that I owned and maintained for several years. It was this passion, and the success I had in building my own financial investment portfolio, that led me to a career in real estate. I now enjoys sharing this knowledge, along with my outstanding customer service skills, with others hoping to achieve their own real estate dreams. As a mother and widow of a fallen officer, I work tirelessly to continually show my family that you can always succeed no matter how hard you fall. Sharon is extremely knowledgeable about the Frederick and Washington County areas. Sharon is the best realtor we have ever worked with. Our move was complicated- moving long distance to MD in the late summer/early fall when the market was moving incredibly fast. We quickly learned that homes were listed and pending offers before we could travel to see them. As a result we had to rely on Sharon to check out the homes for us and in some instances do virtual walkthroughs (occasionally going back for second looks). She was incredibly thorough and we felt confident making the offer for our home sight-unseen. She was a great negotiator and able to work with the sellers to make our offer most appealing, as well as help us to get an inspection agreed to (in this market that is nearly impossible). Sharon has a client for life with us!

When it comes to finding a real estate agent, Sharon Lelm is a diamond in the rough! Her attention to detail is next to none as she listens to your every request and provides knowledgable feedback to assist you whether buying or selling a home. When selling my condo, Sharon was able to find pertinent information that was vital for the buyers to be approved for their loan, which was time sensitive. If Sharon hadn't done her diligence this situation could have become a big problem, ultimately delaying the sale of my home.
