We live out of state and needed to sell a property in NJ. We chose Sharon because we had such a wonderful experience with her selling our other property 6 years ago. Sharon was very professional and advised us how to prepare our home for an Estate Sale.She set up an open house and within 1 week we had multiple offers over asking price. She handled several things that needed to be done in order to pass inspection, including repair work, obtaining permits and meeting with the Housing Inspector. We communicated on a daily basis and were kept up to date on progress.We are very pleased with the price and everything Sharon did to get the home sold. Sharon was wonderful to deal with. She was available anytime of the day or night to help me with my first home purchase. Sharon was available at my convenience to look at houses. She was a great negotiator when it came to the price of my home and kept me well with in my budget. Her list of contacts is never ending when it comes to the mortgage underwriter, home inspections, septic and well . We closed in 45 days as promised and she was by my side for the whole thing. I couldnt have done it with out her.

Sharon is an excellent realtor to whom I continue to be grateful for helping me find and purchase my first home. We were working with another realtor for a few months before we found Sharon through a recommendation from a friend. The other realtor showed of tons of houses, but never truly listened to what we wanted to find us the right fit. Once we started working with Sharon, she found us the perfect home within a couple of weeks. She actually listened to us, gave us excellent guidance, and found us the right place, at the right price, in the right location. Sharon has a lot of experience, so she knows the searching and buying (and Im sure selling, but I cant speak to that - yet!) process inside and out. Even though Sharon is busy, she was incredibly generous with her time and made herself available to us and our many questions. Her patience with us was gratefully appreciated! Sharon was an advocate for us from beginning to end and made sure we got the best price and settled as soon as possible. She made sure we understood every step and explained everything that needed explaining. I cant recommend Sharon highly enough and will absolutely enlist her services when it comes time to sell my house and purchase a new one.

As a new horse owner I was searching for a horse farm and Sharon was not only knowledgeable on the subject, but owns her own working horse farm which was more important than simply knowing how to sell a horse property.
