After 8 months of a property on the market, listing expired. Seller was considering sale it by himself. Then we met, he gave me the opportunity to work with him after all my marketing strategies and knowing why my strategies were different from the rest. Listed Wednesday, sold Saturday breaking all numbers or record on days on market, multiple offers, top dollar offer accepted. My client was completely in shock and surprised but happy and grateful about my job.

It is a requirement for me to be up to date and learn something new every day. Every month I go to the association's main office to take new classes for realtors. Also, I am part of a coaching real estate company where I learn new trends and strategies to provide quality service to my clients. The coaching RE company also connect me to other realtors nationwide but also international. So if people are looking either to move into South Florida from another state my colleagues refer them to me or viceversa moving out from FL to another state. That gives my client additional tools and better services being updated with the real estate market to provide level 10 service.
