We got connected to Michelle Schiavo through our lendor and our experience was great. Being first time home buyers, we were concerned about being pressured to make a quick purchase out of our budget, being neglected for our young age or if the agent had too many clients, and not being able to understand real estate lingo. Michelle was extremely professional and guided us every step of the way by answering our questions. She was also patient in hearing our general questions about loans and inspections and was able to recommend asking the lender and inspector.Her opinions were honest and insightful, such as pointing out potential issues we missed at the houses we visited instead of only highlighting the selling points. As our search went on, we refined our criteria, and she was always able to accommodate by sending us relevant listings. She was very good at phrasing, such as if we were interested in the house, we could offer in a certain range to stay competitive; as such, we never felt pressured to make decisions a certain way. She was very responsive through calls, texts, and emails, checking in often, completing paperwork, patient, efficient in scheduling tours in he same area, and researching and providing background whenever we expressed interest in a listing.We checked out a total of ten houses with her, made offers on three, and got one acceptance. She was very organized in strategizing and timing multiple offers, as well as putting pressure on the sellers when needed. We strongly feel our offer was accepted because we followed her recommendations on how to write the offer letter and how to proceed. She was able to recommend a great inspector to us who was likewise patient and able to speak in layman terms, and she also gave tips on how to remodel or do easy fixes. All in all, we loved the professionalism and patience that Michelle brought, and have been recommending her to all of our friends.
