1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
First and foremost, do your homework on the area you are wishing to relocate to (schools, demographics, etc.). Always find out if you are preapproved. You can start the preapproval process through your local financial institution or a reputable mortgage lender.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
The interest began when I visited Denver, Colorado several years ago. The new housing market was thriving.
