Shanti was a God send. We initially had some renovations done to our home with no intension on moving. Life happened and we found ourselves in a position where we needed more space and the renovations were exactly what we needed to get our house prepared to sell. I reached out to my dear friend who had recently sold her home and she recommended Shanti to us! We reached out and began the process. We all thought, with the renovations the home would be an easy sell. But low and behold, as soon as we put the house on the market, the threat of a government shut down and a hike in interest rates threw a monkey wrench in the whole plan. Showings were plentiful. Many people came out to see the house, but everyone was hesitant to commit. We received a few offers, but nothing we were excited about. We ended up taking the house off of the market after 60 days and making a few additional improvements over the Christmas holiday. To say I was discouraged is an understatement. But all along, Shanti kept assuring me, the right buyer would come along and the home would sell. She talked me out of many trees during the process. I honestly don't know how I would have made it through the process without her encouragement and assurance that we would sell and would get what we wanted for the home. It was her mission to do just that! And she did!!! She came through with the right buyer at the right time!!! I'm so glad we had her to come along with us on this journey. I don't know of a better person to have gone on this journey with. I am ever grateful for her expertise, her patience, her understanding, and her encouragement. She truly understood the assignment!
