About Shannon White
Shannon grew up in the local town of Turner. She currently resides in Mechanic Falls with her youngest of 4 children and their 2 cats and puppy.
Shannon worked at Lewiston Housing Authority for 8 years handling Section 8 and doing inspections which helped grow her attention to detail and passion for helping people.
Later on she became an ISA for a real estate company out of Portland, where she started showing houses and discovered her passion for real estate!
Shannon is great at problem solving, negotiating, and is easy to talk to. She gives 100% into each of her clients.!
Her goal is to give you top notch service and make sure the process is the least stressful as possible.
In her spare time Shannon spends a lot of time with her youngest at karate and horseback riding.

ZillowVERIFIEDI would definitely recommend Shannon White as a realtor. We were given her name as a recommendation and when we reached out to her, she responded the same day. We started viewing homes within a few days. The first home we wanted to view was put under contract that day, unfortunately and we were denied a viewing. We spent three weeks looking at homes and at the end of the three weeks, Shannon, sent us a posting of the first home we had wanted to see. The house was back on the market and Shannon remembered how much I had wanted to see it!! We went the very next day for a viewing. We put in an offer that same day, the next morning we woke up to being under contract! This was in April/May of 2023 when the housing market was insanely busy, homes were being put under contract the same day they were going on the market. If I were to ever to buy/sell another house, I would definitely use Shannon again. She responded to all of our messages within minutes. She knew what we were looking for in a house and would recommend ones that fit our needs/wants. If she had scheduling conflicts, she would have another realtor meet us at the viewing. She was very professional. Shannon also gave us a really nice home warming basket with really nice items inside. She gave us a cutting board with our last names on it. Same with the coasters. Two travel coffee mugs, and gourmet cup cakes which were delicious! And the basket they were in, is a really nice basket. She definitely went above and beyond making sure we had the best experience going through this process.

Shannon worked hard to get us into a home. Its clear she understands the markets status and the process of making offers. She was very patient and answered all the questions I could have ever asked. This was a long process for us, we probably looked at 20 homes and placed offers on several. She was patient with us the entire time, as we were nervous. In the end we finally found the one for us and are very pleased with Shannons work. In the future I will gladly have her as my realtor again!

Shannon is hands down the BEST real estate agent Ive ever dealt with!! She responds quickly to texts, phone calls and emails. She let my fiancA(C) and I know what day(s) she would be off due to family time. However, she also let us know if we needed her, she was available. Shannon is one of the hardest workers I know. She fights for her clients. With the crazy market, we need someone like Shannon in our corner! She even setup FaceTime calls, with us, while she was walked through the houses!! All I can say is, if you want the best agent, call Shannon White NOW!!!
