Shannon is an amazing realtor. Plain and simple. This is now our third time doing real estate transactions with her. She sold us our first house, sold that same house for us 3 years later (for over asking), and now she got us into our dream home. And I say she got us into our dream home because without her staying up to date with every house we had liked, we never would have known an offer had fallen through on a house we thought we missed out on. This latest buying process was frustrating to say the very least, none of which was Shannons fault. Even through the difficulties, she kept in constant contact with us, giving frequent updates, and never leaving us wondering what was next or where we stood. She did her job so well it made the opposing realtors job obsolete. She did her homework when selling our home for us, and when we where buying. She did the legwork to make sure everything was on time and efficient, and she took point in solving every difficulty throughout the process when it wasnt even her fault or responsibility. Besides being a great realtor, Shannon is a kind and caring person. She is very family oriented, and you can see that she is passionate about seeing someone find home. Would recommend every time. Ill never need or use another realtor.
