1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
In today's market it has never been more important to know what you qualify for, and how to align yourself with an agent that is getting their offers accepted. Knowing your financials, putting them in a spreadsheet so you can make the best decision for your family without over paying for the home, or overspending for your budget can make a world of difference.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
In today's market it has never been more important to know your options upfront. Pricing your home correctly will allow you to sell for top dollar. Pricing it incorrectly can cause you to leave money on the table. Make sure you chose an agent that is an expert at their craft. Do they understand how to get the highest dollar in the shortest amount of time? Do they understand what type of marketing is working in today's market? Do they understand how to leverage social media, photographs, drone, virtual tours? Do they have the cutting edge technology to help you make the most on your sale? My goal is always to put you and your profit and your bottom line first.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with all types of clients from sellers to buyers to first time investors to 1031 exchange investors to light remodeling, to fix and flip to buy and hold. No matter your desires, I will develop a plan and a pathway for you to get what you want our of your sale or purchase.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Recently we helped a family sell their home after the passing of a family member. We helped them coordinate an estate sale & helped them stage their home all for $0 out of pocket from our sellers. We were also able to get them $47,000 over asking price for the sale of their home. Needless to say they were ecstatic with the amount of money they walked away with and the ease of the transaction.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I fell in love with real estate when I purchased my first home. I saw how the American dream of gaining wealth and owning property could be a reality for myself and others. When I figured out that I could actually gain wealth by building my equity by selling and using the equity of my home for a larger purchase, I was hooked. I got into real estate because I have a deep desire to help people become or continue to become wealthy through the acquisition of real estate.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am a big proponent of on the job training and continuing my personal education in my passion and my craft. I immerse my self in every transaction as if were my own, so that I can learn as much as I possibly can. I take my career very seriously, as it's a great honor to help guide someone through one of their largest financial decisions of their life. I love to research how to help my clients unique situation. I seek to learn from others through seminars and online learning. I also pay for mentoring and coaching with the best Real Estate coaching program in the world, so that I can always have the cutting edge knowledge of how to help my clients the best.
