She got us an offer that was more than $20,000 over the recommended listing price of the other agents. She did her homework, studied the selling price of other sold homes in our neighborhood, and told us she didn't see a problem obtaning a similar offer. She told us exactly where we needed to put money on upgrades and repairs. She even helped choose paint colors, etc. This deal has been tricky with some contingencies, but Shannon stayed on top of it all. She got right back to us when we contacted her and kept us informed every step of the way. If she doesn't have an answer to your question, she will find one. Selling the home where we raised our family has been emotional. Shannon made the procees as easy as possible. She treated us like we were her only clients. Thanks to Shannon, we will be enjoying our retirement I Florida.

She was very knowledgable about the homes on the market and knew exactly the type of home we were looking for. She was able to weed out the houses she didn't think we would like.
