There arent enough nice things that one can say about Shannon. She is professional, kind, and very hard working. She made a point of meeting us at our property in Paso Robles once she knew we were driving out from Idaho. I have never met a more dedicated individual in all of my life. As a buyer for a home that Shannon listed and the buyer of multiple homes in the past, i can truly say i have never been more disappointed by an agent. her lack of professionalism and immature nature are the main reasons for my review. shannon made it very clear to my agent that she did not want my family to purchase her recent listing for reasons that?s are unknown. i understand that real estate agents like to represent the seller and the buyer for the monetary benefit but this transaction felt a bit more personal to me and my family. i have never met shannon prior to this transaction. escrow lasted 60 days and as if buying a home was not stressful enough, shannon?s constant threats to my agent and unprofessional remarks made the process worse. shannon attempted to cancel our offer 3 weeks prior to closing with no questions asked but thanks to my agents legal team, we were able to stop her. this transaction was a grueling process and to the very end, shannon was rude and unprofessional. at one point she also threatened to call the sheriff after she believed a neighbor/her friend, who misinformed her. i would not recommend working with shannon at any level to anyone.

Shannon Foulk listed and sold my fathers home in Santa Maria. I was not in the area where my fathers home was located.
