Shannon did an amazing job representing us and was great to work with. She helped us make a plan to list our home and get top dollar. And it worked as we were under contract, for over asking price, less than a week after listing! She was available and responsive, and showed a great deal of patience guiding us through the process. She was also a fantastic resource for other professionals. From her recommended contractor for a home refresh, to the movers, and even an emergency plumber when our water heater went out unexpectedly, everyone attached to Shannon was great to work with. We also worked with Shannon to purchase our new home and that went just as smoothly; finding a house, getting our offer accepted, securing financing with her recommended broker, and closing in under a month! If you are a first time home buyer I do not recommend buying with Shannon. I unknowingly purchased a house with UNPERMITTED additions to the home. The house was listed 5 bedroom 3 bath when in reality it is a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Being a first time home buyer I had no idea about county records for the home. We wanted to remodel the basement and was told we needed to call the county to insure that the septic tank was big enough to accommodate a 5 bedroom 3 bath home. County records had my house as a 3 bed 2 bath. So guess what I need to replace the septic to have the basement remodeled. All because Shannon did not look into the County records or disclose this information. As a first time homebuyer I didnt know anything about permits.
