Shannon helped us by our house a few years ago. She was friendly, encouraging, and always looked for our best interests. She was not just willing to sell us a house so she could make a profit on it. My sister and brother-in-law had put an offer on a house in Gilroy. Shannon could have made a bunch of money off of it, but at the last minute, she could sense that my sister was not 100% happy with the house. Instead of talking her into it by convincing her that Christopher High School was a much better place than Sobrato High School (which it is), she found them another house.
