ZillowVERIFIEDI had a renter in place when I listed with this company. During the lease I decided to sell. Shannon organized everything with the property manager and within three weeks we had a very good offer. Shannon worked with the tenant to show the property. I highly recommend that if you are thinking of selling after your tenant moves out you do it while your tenant is still living there. I collected rent until the day the property sold, approximately a month after the home was listed. I never had to pay for utilities while the home was vacant and on the market for sale because there was a tenant living in the home and paying rent.Shannon is on top of her game in every aspect. One of the things I like most about her is her responsiveness. She promptly responds to issues and helps with solving them as they occur. Communication is key in my opinion, and she is a master at that. Thanks Shannon for all your hard work, patience and being so easy to work with.

ZillowVERIFIEDAngel is an amazing real estate agent and a great partner throughout our whole process. We were first time home sellers and had no knowledge on what to do. Angel and the whole KW team gave us their full support and we were able to get a buyer after our first open house!
