I had a renter in place when I listed with this company. During the lease I decided to sell. Shannon organized everything with the property manager and within three weeks we had a very good offer. Shannon worked with the tenant to show the property. I highly recommend that if you are thinking of selling after your tenant moves out you do it while your tenant is still living there. I collected rent until the day the property sold, approximately a month after the home was listed. I never had to pay for utilities while the home was vacant and on the market for sale because there was a tenant living in the home and paying rent.Shannon is on top of her game in every aspect. One of the things I like most about her is her responsiveness. She promptly responds to issues and helps with solving them as they occur. Communication is key in my opinion, and she is a master at that. Thanks Shannon for all your hard work, patience and being so easy to work with.
