I have had two real estate transactions with Shanne and his amazing team, both as a buyer and a seller. I cant say enough good about them. They made a very stressful transaction smooth, pleasant and easy. If you are looking for someone who is working for your best interests, is honest, and upfront, then look no further. He is organized, has a talented team working with him and thinks outside the box. I have had realtors that just put up a sign, dont return calls, have someone else do a couple open houses, and hope for an easy sale to somehow land in their lap but that definitely isnt Shanne. I have known Shanne for many years, and when it came time to sell my home, I knew exactly who I wanted to go with.
