Shanne is not a broker, he's a team! His team is phenomenal. They recently sold my condo and it was all white glove service. They handled everything - fixing it, cleaning it, staging it. I didn't need to lift a finger. They were also very service oriented always available and answering any question I had and always with a smile (at least virtually). I even had a sewer backup in my condo and they took care of fixing the carpets, walls and getting it back on the market in no time.
