She helped with finding vendors and contractors both to prepare the home for sale, and to handle agreed upon repairs during the sale and Buyer's investigations. She created a lot of activity with showings of interested parties, yet the market had shifted and there were less buyers able to qualify and perform on a purchase. Shanell is a very sweet, knowledgeable realtor in Kanab that goes above and beyond for her clients. She also has an immense amount of local knowledge on the area from favorite places to eat (which were awesome!) to local builders in the area since we were buying a lot. We were limited on time since we were on vacation for a week in the Kanab area but we were able to get in contract before we left which was AWESOME. Since we were from out of state, we were also worried as to how we would be able to close, but thanks to Shanell and docusign, we were able to successfully close on our property on our assigned date with no issue.
