About Shane Wills

I was born and raised in Rockwall, a small town just east of Dallas, TX. My mother grew up here in Edinboro and I spent many summers here as a child visiting my grandparents. Before moving to Edinboro I worked as project manager and built multiple commercial stores around the country. In 2009, I came up to the Erie area to visit my Uncle, I met my wife not long after and in 2011, I was hired as a full-time FF/EMT at the City of Meadville Fire Department. Currently, my family and I live in our home on Edinboro Lake. I have extensive knowledge throughout the Northwest PA region, and I am looking forward to helping you find your home in this wonderful area. When I am not working at the Fire Station or Coldwell Banker Select, Realtors you can find me golfing, hunting, fishing and spending time with my family and our dogs.

Both Shane and Gretchen were great to work with. They helped with the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home. They actually made the "impossible" happen. The location of my new home is in an area where homes sell almost immediately once listed. They presented my offer and negotiated every detail of the sale quickly. Even though there were other offers, I got the home and closings on both homes took place on the same day. All of this was done in weeks, not months. They were fantastic!
