Trevor Gearhart, who is a member of the ReMax Torres team, is doing a great job as our Real Estate Agent!! He found current listings that we were interested in and he worked around our schedule to schedule property showings. He was alert to homes that were just listed and got us showings right away so that we could have the earliest opportunity to look at them. If we wanted a second look at a property, he also was happy to schedule those. He was very helpful during the showings and he explains things very well. He is very knowledgeable and does research which also helps. He was tuned in to any hesitance we may have had on something and strived to make sure that we were satisfied. He helped us find our new future home and he explained all the forms and paperwork to us. We were able to electronically sign which was great! He comes readily to the inspections and takes notes for us. We love working with Trevor and will continue to work with him and ReMax in selling our current home. Trevor Gearhart and the Torres team do a great job and we would highly recommend Trevor to find the perfect home for you!!

Overall the team was great to work with! We started our search in mid-April, found the home we wanted mid-May and closed a month later. The team worked quickly to keep up with our pace. We wanted to be in a neighborhood before school started and they made it happen. They were very thorough with the offer process and our agent would give us a heads up of the documents that were coming with an overview of what they were so we could quickly sign. The only challenging thing we experienced was our agent taking vacation and we didnt have a backup agent. We tried calling the office a few times to have an agent help show a house and couldnt get ahold of anyone. The house we wanted went on the market around noon on a Friday and we had missed out on prior homes so we knew we needed to tour and put an offer in quickly. We had our lender update our pre-approval right after we saw it go on the market. We knew the listing agent so we had to contact him to get in for a tour because we couldnt reach anyone from our team. We were able to see it at 4 through him and had an offer placed around 7 pm so the Torres team was able to come through quickly to help with the offer (I think our agent even updated the documents while on vacation which we appreciated very much). The rest of the process was incredibly smooth and they helped negotiate a few repairs that came up on the inspection that we werent even thinking about asking for (because we wanted the house that badly). A bonus was after closing we received a credit to help with some of our moving expenses! It was a nice surprise. All in all, we were very pleased!
