Shane Severson

Shane Severson has been in the mortgage and real-estate business for well over a decade. In 1999, along with a partner, Shane started a mortgage company SW Financial. Three years later, Shane became a realtor with Metro Brokers as well as starting his own mortgage company. In 2004, Shane started his own real-estate company named Family Heritage Realty which later became known as Legacy Realty. Shane has expertise in working with sellers, buyers, and investors looking to flip homes for a profit or to keep as rentals. He is also very knowledgeable in regards to helping with loan scenarios, credit situations, and many ways to purchase for little to no money down. In 2013, according to Neighborcity Statistics, Shane is in the top 18% of his peers with 100% of his listings sold, getting 98.4% of his sellers asking prices, beating his peers by 65% less days on the market, as well as getting closer to full asking prices for their homes. He then continued his education at Colorado Christian University where he graduated with his Bachelor of Science in business and marketing. He has lived in Littleton, CO since 1994 where he is very active in his church, his daughters' activities, and many other community service tasks. Shane has been married to his high school sweetheart, Michelle, since 1994 and has 3 girls, Breanne, Kaitlyn, and Hailey. They, as a family, love any type of outdoor sports or activities as well as hanging with friends and family.
