Shane was amazing throughout the entire endeavor of selling our multifamily! He took care of absolutely everything, was super communicative throughout the process, and handled the negotiation process with us seamlessly. When I discovered Shane online, he struck me as the sort of Realtor that would go the extra mile for his clients and I'm glad to say I was right about that. Shane has the sort of passion and dedication that cant be faked and it makes him a joy to work with. He stuck with us through an extended house hunt in a tough market and went above and beyond time and again to find opportunities and to give us the best shot at each house we offered on. As out of state buyers, we needed extra support and he put in the time and energy to make us comfortable bidding on houses we couldnt visit ourselves. He would go to each house and walk us through room-by-room over video, detailing the positives and negatives that he came across. It was super helpful. Once under contract, he again did everything he could to make the process move smoothly and get us through closing successfully. We couldnt have done it without him and would highly recommend Shane to anyone else buying or selling in the area.
