Shane was an amazing agent to work with!. I was introduced to Shane in the summer of 2023. He set us up in his system for sending us properties that were within our preferences (school districts, price range, size of property, features, etc.) My wife and I were starting to get serious looking at properties after the 2024 new year holiday. In late January, we were at an open house for a property and we wanted to make an offer. I called Shane, and he was able to make time later on the same day. We looked at the property one more time before making an offer. The seller accepted our offer and we were on our way to become home owners for the first time! Our initial date to close was on March 1st. Shane was exceptional with educating us throughout the entire process. He has a great references for home inspectors and mortgage brokers. With his experience and his references, we were able to close a week earlier (February 23rd). If you are looking for a house to purchase, I highly recommend Shane!
