Shane Baum

Shane Baum is an Associate Broker for Arrow Reality & Management. He attended Central Arizona College on a Rodeo scholarship, and later graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Business. Shane Baum grew up outside Elizabeth, Colorado, where his family raises cattle, trains quarter horses, and produces nationally renowned team roping's. Shane himself is an accomplished team roper, and calf roper - but also enjoys hunting, and restoring old farm equipment. Shane has a true passion for production agriculture, starting from hands-on projects at CSU, to building his own Angus herd, then to crunching numbers for a few local farm investors on future projects. It was at this capacity that Shane's interest in agricultural real estate started to evolve. With 6 years of sales experience as an Account Executive for ProEquine, and later as a top salesman for HatCo, Inc., Shane specializes in applying his expertise in customer service and transaction management to his philosophy in real-estate, and especially agricultural production.
