Shana then performed the double, or triple, duty not only as our listing and buying agent, but also most of the work of the other selling agent for the new home. Shana was tireless and relentless in ensuring that all the repairs that needed to be made, were being made. She recruited and enlisted qualified contractors to help complete the repairs so we could meet a very tight deadline to close the sale of our old home.
