I live alone, so the process was a bit daunting. Shana gave me some tips to get my home ready for sale. She also forwarded me links of condos to review. She did extensive market research on homes that sold near me to find a higher-than-expected asking price for my home. Within 24 hours we had 2 offers on the table. I was able to accept an offer higher than what I was asking for. With a goal date of the closing, we were able to make an offer on a condo. I had both closings on the same day in the morning, then had the movers unload my things into my condo that afternoon. It was a very exciting day for me!
