Shahin helped us buy a house 12 years ago so when it came to selling and relocating we had no reservations in requesting Shahin yet again to help us sell and buy a new house. It was tricky because we had to sell and buy at the same time but Shahin was amazing we closed on both houses 1 day apart. My mother lived in her Anaheim house for sixty-five years. During this time, Shahin periodically would stop by to drop off her marketing materials and spoke with my mother. My mother always told me if anything happens to her, she wanted Shahin to sell her house. When my mother passed in June, my brother and I needed to find someone to sell her house so we called Shahin.
