Shaheen was highly unprofessional throughout our experience renting from him. He failed to respond to major problems with the property, despite repeated attempts from our side. He lacks any payment portal, insisting on wire transfers that de facto increased our rent by $30 a month without telling us up front while we were finalizing the lease. He attempted to deduct repairs from our bond that existed before we started renting. Strongly recommend using a proper real estate agent that is part of a legitimate company with a functioning website.
