I am currently in the process of completing a work-related move from Cherry Hill, NJ to the Dallas-Fort Worth Area. Based on everything we had heard, my wife and I were very scared that we were going to go the whole summer and not be able to find a home so that our kids would be settled before school starts. However, with Shae, this could not have been further from our actual experience. From the time that Shae started working with us, she was able to identify multiple listings for us to consider before they were listed on the market. In the case of the house we purchased, I think the ability for us to see the house before it went on the market was what made the difference. We did a tour while the owner was still there and were able to connect with him personally. I believe this is why our offer was selected from multiple offers that came in at the same number.At the end of the day, even in this crazy market, Shae was able to guide me to the right offer to get our first offer accepted and our house is now available before we need to move in. I couldn't be happier and I think Shae's connection in the market with other agents and deep knowledge of the area were what made this possible.
