Folks, my experience with realtors has not always been a positive one. As a result I enter into real estate transactions with some skepticism. No matter what, a home sell as a buyer or as a seller, is one of the most stressful large transactions we will experience. As such, it is paramount that to select a realtor to represent you who will deliver. She handled everything from meeting inspectors, to overseeing any and all work that needed to be done so that I wouldn't have to miss any work time to oversee. She also knows how to handle difficult people in a very professional way which is extremely important because people can get difficult in such high stress transactions.
