No matter what, a home sell as a buyer or as a seller, is one of the most stressful large transactions we will experience. As such, it is paramount that to select a realtor to represent you who will deliver. Recently I sold my home, and believe me when I say, this is the very first time I have felt compelled to express my gratitude to the realtor who represented me. Sethi worked my property harder than I have ever seen in any past transaction. She arranged for as many open houses as I wanted, she came to EVERY showing because I opted not to have a lock box, and she was always on time and showed my home with enthusiam. She gave me important & honest feedback from every showing, and she was patient, even when I had probably priced the property too high. She worked with me for an entire year and never gave up! We ultimately sold the home and that is when Sethi really shines. She handled everything from meeting inspectors, to overseeing any and all work that needed to be done so that I wouldn't have to miss any work time to oversee. She also knows how to handle difficult people in a very professional way which is extremely important because people can get difficult in such high stress transactions.
