Seth Hodge

Seth is a patient listener, trusted advisor, problem solver, and experienced negotiator. Prior to real estate, Seth dedicated years to pastoral ministry and serving his community in law enforcement. He attended South Puget Sound CC, Life Pacific Bible, and WA.State Criminal Justice Training Center. He has a background as a certified home inspector, his family owns and operates a local construction company, he has experience in landscaping, facility maintenance, septic repair, and held a WA certification for pool and spa repair and design. He knows how to look out for you. He will work diligently to understand your individual Real Estate home and investment goals so he can assist in making key decisions to help you reach your dreams. You can expect loyalty, integrity, and frequent communication with Seth. He is here to serve you. In his down time Seth enjoys buying, selling, and restoring classic and exotic cars. He's restored several classics including a 1968 Z28 Camaro. He enjoys driving smooth windy country roads into the sunset and catching local weekend car shows. Seth enjoys warm summer barbeques with friends and family. During the week you'll find him up early, trading the stock market and getting to the gym. Seth and his wife Angie recently celebrated their 25th Anniversary. They have two tenacious girls. Their oldest loves to sing opera and study music theory and theology. And the younger has a bent for fashion and design. With "Tessa" the Golden Retriever in tow, they love road-trips and exploring new destinations.
