I called Remax to get a market analysis of my fathers house and get some ideas as to what we would need to do to get it ready to sell. Seth called me back and we agreed on a time to meet. He was very professional, yet very approachable and came with papers in hand. He had done a little research on the property, and brought to my attention that there were some questions that I needed to ask the town regarding the plots/deed. Seth walked around the property inside and out and gave me several options regarding the house. He wanted to know if we were looking to put it on the market aEURoeas isaEUR? or if we had it in us to do a little more work to raise the value. We had already decided that we were willing to put in some time and effort to make it look as nice as we could in a small amount of time. Seth told me what we would need to do and not to do to the house and gave me an idea as to how much the price would go up depending on what we did. Seth reached out to me several times while we were working on the house and when we were finished I gave him a call and he came back again and walked through it, took pictures, and answered all of our questions and concerns. He put the house on the market on a Friday afternoon and by Sunday night we had many offers. We got well over asking price. Through it all, Seth kept me in the loop regarding paperwork from the title company, lawyers office, etc. and was always very good about answering my emails and texts right away. I had a very positive experience selling my fathers house and I would recommend Seth to all of my friends and family.

Me and my husband worked with Seth for 5 months searching for our first house to buy somewhere between MA and NH.
