Hi! I'm Serita Diana, your local real estate professional. As a native of the Mahoning Valley, I'm always excited to help you find the perfect home or sell your existing home so that you can move on to the next chapter. I grew up in Ellsworth and am back home and loving it! There's so much to love here and with over 16 years in the real estate industry, I look forward to sharing my knowledge with you. If you're curious about the experience I have, I can tell you it's been a wild ride. I was licensed in Florida from 2005-2009. In 2008 we moved back home to Ohio, I finished my AA degree in business management, and I started my own business. I took my experience as an agent and my business education and started a real estate virtual assistant business which allowed me to work from home while raising a family. In this role I assisted top-producing agents from all over the country in listing and closing on homes, developing marketing plans, and growing their businesses. With everything I was able to implement, learn, and do on a daily basis, I equipped myself to become a successful agent here in Ohio. In November 2018 I passed the Ohio real estate exam and became licensed to sell here. I believe that the time I spent learning about real estate and running of a real estate business has equipped me to be an excellent partner to guide you through the sale of your home and the purchase of your next home. In my spare time I enjoy reading, exercise, cooking, mowing when the weather permits, and working to rehabilitate my 182-year-old farmhouse. I'm also an avid fan of Dunkin, Salvatore's Italian Grill, Wedgewood Pizza (dill pickle is amazing if you haven't tried it), and I love spending time with my family.
