ZillowVERIFIEDWe live 500 miles away, found a house we were interested in, called Sergio, flew down the next day, saw the property, made an offer, offer accepted, flew home. The entire rest of the transaction was done remotely. Sergio was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure he simulated an in-person experience as much as possible. Have a bunch of questions? No problem, hes great on text. Cant come down the inspection? No problem, hell video (or FaceTime) the whole thing for you. Hell also follow up and ensure any asked-for repairs are done. Howabout the final walkthrough, cant make that either? No problem, Sergio was super accommodating and met my brother at the house, walked him through, and took tons of video to help us feel comfortable with the final step in the purchase.This was about the most atypical purchase I can think of and, to boot, took place in the middle of a pandemic, yet the experience Sergio provided was completely seamless.
