From the moment we connected via Dave Ramseys ELP network, we found Sergio to be an excellent communicator of what needed to be done, what was happening and what to expect. We were unsure how much updating to do versus calling some of it a blank slate for the new buyer. Sergio brought insight and suggestions that all hit the mark well. I recall something he said along the lines of aEURoesome people are good at spending other peoples moneyaEUR?. He clearly was concerned that what we put into it helped market the property, sell the property, and for the most part, pay for itself. Sergio introduced us to a set of contractors he knew well to help make all that happen. All were excellent suggestions. Further, since we were across country already, he acted as the general contractor making sure the tasks were done and communicating via pictures, texts and calls. Never were we in doubt that things were moving.In the middle of this, Covid-19 struck and the best laid plans went and put a mask on. Sergio helped us regroup, focus, and wait a bit for buyers to start coming out of their shells. Once they did, he helped stage the house and put in place measures where one could see the house and saw that it was cleaned after each visit to be safe for the next visitor. In the middle of all this, we found a willing buyer and with Sergios help, agreed upon a price that we had set as our expected price. Inspections, contingencies and timelines are all challenged in this Covid-19 times and required constant rescheduling. With twice weekly calls, we were kept apprised of the progress toward closing.
