Sepehr been Relator for more than 15 years, became interested in Real Estate while attending college. After purchasing his first home with his brother on a land contract with $5000 down that got it paid off in 10 years that gave him more reason to get involve in Real Estate. While attending school and working hard he was manage to purchase few other rental properties on a land contract. After he Graduted from college he became an investor in Real Estate and learn how to buy fixer upper, to flip them for good profit, he was very successful doing that. Now he has good eye for picking up good deals for clients. Few years later he became Real Estate Agent in listing, selling and listing homes. Now he is involve in Residential and Commercial properties. Sepehr is honest, dedicated, hard working that looks out for his clients that "Making A Difference"
