Sender was extremely patient with us through a very challenging time. This was our first time selling a home, as well as buying at the same time. Adding to this was a 4 week closing delay on selling our existing home, and moving to a new state. Sender remained calm, was very responsive and communicated extremely well. After 16 weeks of working together, virtual tours, a weekend spent together doing over 8 walk throughs on potential homes, we were able to close on our dream house! Best realtor in the Greenville area. I came from NYC to visit Greenville for one week, while visiting I saw some houses that caught my eyes , I went on Zillow and got in contact with sender, we set up an appointment and that same day I knew he was the real deal. Since I was moving from out of state in such short notice it was looking to be difficult but sender did his, he kept a positive attitude and made sure I got through the process without any stress.
