Sender was extremely patient with us through a very challenging time. This was our first time selling a home, as well as buying at the same time. Adding to this was a 4 week closing delay on selling our existing home, and moving to a new state. Sender remained calm, was very responsive and communicated extremely well. After 16 weeks of working together, virtual tours, a weekend spent together doing over 8 walk throughs on potential homes, we were able to close on our dream house!
