I literally cannot recommend Semira enough. She has been our agent on two house purchases and one sale. Semira is always helpful and realistic about the market, and there's never any pressure to buy a house (our first house we toured over 30 properties). For our most recent purchase, she was able to recommend a pre-inspection walkthrough, so that we could put our offer in without an inspection, which is almost a necessity in this crazy market. With the pre-inspection walkthrough, we were able to get someone in on very short notice, and we were put at ease that we were putting an offer in on a solid house, even though we didn't have a full inspection. We absolutely love working with Semira and she will always be our go-to for anything real estate related!
