You will not find a realtor who works harder, is more knowledgeable, or better to work with than Selena. Any realtor can look on the MLS and tell you what to list your home for or tell you how they'll market your home. That part is pretty standard. But you have to have trust in your realtor as a professional and as a person, and know that they care about you and represent your best interests. I met Selena at an open house for one of her clients. She was not pushy or overbearing so I thought I would ask her to help me in my home search. Indeed she was very patient and she put my preferences first.
