I consider myself extremely fortunate to have worked with Sedar and her team on the recent sale of my mother?s home following a series of serious health issues which made it impossible for her to continue living independently. While the circumstances surrounding the sale were emotionally challenging, our situation was further complicated by a post-COVID economic downturn accompanied by multiple interest rate hikes implemented in relatively rapid succession over just a few months. Sedar and her team provided me with excellent support and guidance during the process of preparing the property for sale. Her understanding of the local real estate market, buyer expectations, and knowledge of market behavior at the large scale enabled her to provide me with relible and timely advice at every turn. She ultimately helped me to navigate an extremely difficult set of personal and economic conditions culminating in the sale of my mom?s property just a few days after it was listed for which we received $100k above asking. We were able to pay off the mortgage and use the balance to cover my mom?s long-term care expenses. I cannot recommend Sedar highly enough and will be eternally grateful to her and her team for all of her help with this process!

I am pleased to recommend Sedar Husary-Juarez. In fact, I cannot recommend her highly enough. Following my husband?s sudden and unexpected death, I needed a realtor to help me sell a beautiful but challenging property in the Oakland Hills. I had previously been approached by a realtor who ?wanted to help me? and who proceeded to tell me that my property was essentially worthless and she would be happy to take it off my hands - this realtor proceeded to offer me less than half of what the property was worth. I cried for 2 days. I was very reluctant to talk to any realtors after that encounter. I happened to share my experience with a colleague of my husband who suggested that I talk to Sedar. She had helped him on several real estate transactions in the past. Meeting with Sedar, and then hiring her, were two of the best decisions I could have made! From our first meeting - for which she was very prepared - I was impressed by her professionalism, her ethics and her commitment to achieve the best possible result for me. She didn?t over-hype the situation to earn a fat commission. But she was adamant that the property had significant value and that with the right marketing plans and some patience, we would find the right buyer. She was always available to answers my questions and address my concerns. She took me seriously and understood the emotional delicacy of my situation. Never once did I feel that all I was was a commission check to her. Sedar was with me every step of the way. She created creative marketing materials; she developed an intelligent marketing plan in a rapidly changing real estate market; she helped me complete all of the many required California disclosures; and she communicated with me every day. I always knew what was happening with the marketing of my property. Sedar achieved an amazing result for me in a rapidly shifting real estate market within a reasonable amount of time (much shorter than I had expected). Sedar found the right buyer who loves the property as much as my husband and I did. I meet Sedar 5 years ago when she sold a home to my son. At that time I knew she was an honest, reliable person that we could trust.
