I consider myself extremely fortunate to have worked with Sedar and her team on the recent sale of my mother?s home following a series of serious health issues which made it impossible for her to continue living independently. Following my husband?s sudden and unexpected death, I needed a realtor to help me sell a beautiful but challenging property in the Oakland Hills. I had previously been approached by a realtor who ?wanted to help me? and who proceeded to tell me that my property was essentially worthless and she would be happy to take it off my hands - this realtor proceeded to offer me less than half of what the property was worth.
