Maia was on top of it! Any time she found a place or I found one she immediately jumped on getting everything in place for me to see the place or for her to see it in my place if I couldn't make it. When some places required an offer before even viewing it, she did all the leg work and set me up with some good lenders she's worked with previously. I didn't end up purchasing a place with her since my situation changed and I stayed renting, but if I go back to searching again I will certainly consider Maia to help me again.

I bought a home with Dan and his colleague Sean representing me (as buyer) and also seller. As part of the contract, we agreed a 2 month free rent back, although before I sign the contract I was told most likely sellers would be relocated in just a few weeks after closing the escrow! In reality it took few days less than 2 months that sellers moved out of my home. Even though I think I was not fed with the most accurate information, but I dont blame him for that 2 months, since I should not have trusted to probabilities and I should not have signed 2 months free rent back. The reason of this low stat review is related to what happened after sellers returned the keys. I walked through the home with Dan and we observed couple of areas with obvious damage to drywall (terrible patching work, color mismatch etc), which was not there the last time that I had visited the home before closing the escrow (probably those damages happened within sellers moving outaEUR|). Dan took photos and said he would follow up, which NEVER happened. When I complained to Sean (Dans colleague and/or boss) about what sellers had done to my home after 2 months living there for free, and Sean implicitly accused me of lying, I asked Dan to jump in and show Sean those photos that he had take on his phone on same day he returned the keys to me. But he simply wrote to me aEURoe At this point, I highly recommend you communicate with Sean on this issue for best result. Hes extremely reasonable and knowledgeable on this and will only do whats best for the whole group.aEUR? Unfortunately Dan destroyed my trust when he decided to put a side what hed observed. I was left with no support from double agents. I wont trust these guys at all in buying or selling.
