Maia was on top of it! Any time she found a place or I found one she immediately jumped on getting everything in place for me to see the place or for her to see it in my place if I couldn't make it. When some places required an offer before even viewing it, she did all the leg work and set me up with some good lenders she's worked with previously. I didn't end up purchasing a place with her since my situation changed and I stayed renting, but if I go back to searching again I will certainly consider Maia to help me again.

Maia is the best!! Even being across the country in California, she hooked me up with an amazing realtor team here in Virginia. She was always there to answer any questions and offered excellent advice. When she found out we were missing documents (that we didnt even know we were missing) she immediately got on the phone and had them hand delivered within a few days! She is extremely personable, honest, firm and just the right amount of aggressive that you need in this market! She is everything you want in a realtor!! It was a pleasure working with Sean's team. They were able to quickly find contractors to get our house ready and negotiated a fair price with them.
