Sean helped us sell our house in February 2022. The house had been a rental property and needed a lot of work to be ready to sell. Sean helped us significantly by making suggestions for prioritizing the most important work and understanding the relative cost. He also connected us to trusted and reputable local businesses to complete these projects. He gave recommendations based on research of current market competition about how to price our house and we chose to follow his recommendations. As a result, we had mutiple offers and we sold our house for significantly higher than we expected. Additionally, Sean was able to help us accomplish all this virtually since we live out of state and were unalbe to travel throughout the entire process. We would absolutely recommend Sean to anyone in the Louisville area looking to buy or sell and we plan to use him as our realtor again if we ever move back home.

If you need a realtor you should 100% contact Sean. To say you would be in good hands would be a huge understatement! His expertise, experience, recommendations, negotiation, and communication skills cannot be beat. He helped us buy two houses and each time patiently and quickly sifted through and toured countless homes to meet our (very particular) our needs. Most recently, Sean handled all the negotiations with a for sale by owner directly, plus recommended strategies for the sale of our house that got us under contract over asking in less than 24 hours! We will never use anyone else, and will continue to recommend him to anyone we know. He has great local contacts for all your real estate needs. My wife and I talked to Sean about listing our house, and he was extremely knowledgeable on the listing price and what to do before listing the property.Sean made every step of the process from listing the home until the day we closed super easy on us! Sean would answer calls/text anytime we had questions on anything and was always prompt to get us answers if he did not have them.
