About Sean Rush

Sean X. Rush Jr. is a graduate of University of North Carolina at Pembroke, where he earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management and Finance. He is an experienced Real Estate Broker and Entrepreneur with over $25,000,000 in sales to date while managing a portfolio of investment properties across the Carolinas. Sean brings over 10 years of varied experiences in leadership, management, marketing and entrepreneurship to Link'd Realty Advisors. A Jacksonville, Florida native, growing up in a military family has allowed Sean to travel across the country and experience many different cultural settings. His personality is warm, inviting and he always looks forward to networking, building new relationships, and conversing about real estate. Sean takes pride in his superior customer service, work ethic, reliability and education to best assist his clients. As a Former Student-Athlete, his passion, drive and eagerness to learn, teach, and grow will keep him ahead of the curve in the industry. In his free time he enjoys drawing, spending time with his wife, Shaneice, and son Sean aka "Tre". Sean & Shaneice also founded a nonprofit called AUsome Eats, which partners with local restaurants in support of those living with Autism. Sean loves watching football, coaching youth football and volunteering in the community with his church, Have Life Ministries and his Fraternity, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Sean is the son of Retired Naval Commander Sean Rush Sr., and Sharhonda Rush, has two younger brothers Shad and Shamar, and an older sister Shanika.

Would like to leave a good review but upon inquiring about a property I was met with a very distasteful attitude when asking what rental requirements were. I was given a very strange answer that it was a "standard NC rental agreement"....? which is a very unorthodox & unprofessional answer to give as a leasing agent to a potential lessee. After a few other text messages which accused me of asking a vague questions (like what are rental requirements) the answer turned into all agreements are different (even though I was inquiring about one specific property) I dont know how to even begin to explain the rude undertone & dismissive response I received. I will not be renting from him and good luck to those who try or unfortunately succeed and possibly have to deal with this individual.
