ZillowVERIFIEDI don't even know how to start with how satisfied we are having dealt with Sean. As a first time home buyer he made this experience far more pleasant then expected. I called him probably about a year ago and spoke about purchasing my first home he was very helpful right off the get go and answered all of my questions and had very helpful information that he shared. I got caught up with work I didn't have much time to follow up. After almost a year I went back online and started looking for homes again there I found a couple different Realtors and spoke with them. They did not catch my attention like Sean did nor had answers to my questions. I dug threw my email and found Sean again. I gave him a call we talked once more and before I knew it we were out looking at homes going over Pro's and con's and finding just the right fit. Even at the last minute with a tight schedule and low budget he was more then willing to work with us without any rush. He made us feel very comfortable and we ending up finding a very good home that we are highly satisfied with! I honestly believe had I gone with somebody else we wouldn't have picked up our keys this morning and things probably wouldn't have gone so smooth. ZillowVERIFIEDWas 'assigned' him by Zillow. Went into it thinking he was a 'salesman' like others I have dealt with. Boy was I wrong... Very professional, best communicator I have dealt with. Only talks in facts and lets you process them to make the best decision for you and your family. Within 72 hours our home was shown six times and we accepted a full-asking price offer. because we lived over two hours away from our past home, he went the extra mile include negotiation of repair contractors and facilitated dump runs, even physically participating. I can't say enough positive things about Sean and we will use him again for any home-buying aspect in the future.

On a whim one day in Coos Bay, while browsing Zillow, we made three different calls with no answer and on our last call we reached Sean. Not only did he offer to show us the house we were interested in but he inquired about what we were looking for specifically and offered to take us on a "tour of homes" in the Eugene area last minute on my next day off. Over the next 4-5 months he stuck with us through several offers and showed us at least 35 homes. As this was our first home purchase, he also gave us a local contact for our loan officer Michelle Harms (who is amazing by the way and works 7 days a week). With these two on our side we felt free to simply look at homes and say yes or no. They worked seamlessly together and we finally sealed a deal on the home where we now reside. Sean went above and beyond in every aspect of our home buying experience. We now consider Sean a close friend and recommend his professional outstanding realty services to everyone!
