Sean Nelson came highly recommended to me by some friends who told me they had a great buying experience with him. As I later found out, I couldn't agree with them more. Sean was a tremendous help with finding me a mover to relocate me from Texas to Massachusetts. He also assisted me with finding a realtor to sell my house in Texas. I told him I was looking for some rental property to move to, and I gave him the specifics of what I needed. We did a few live Facetime sessions to show me what these places he found looked like. I chose one, and he introduced me to my future landlord. When the time came for me to move, he scheduled the movers, Easydays Movers to be in Texas to pack my property and transport it to the rental half way across the country. They arrived the day I was scheduled to move in. Sean met me at the rental property on move-in day to make sure everything ran smoothly, and it did. Sean went above and beyond the call of duty. I cant thank you enough, Sean.Spring of 2021, Sean also helped me purchase a condominium, as my lease was up on the property I was renting. I needed to move out by a certain date and make sure I had a place purchased by that time. We searched for several months when buying inventory was extremely low, and I finally found one that I liked. Sean made sure I would be able to move in to my new condominium by a specific date which was the day after my lease up. Timing was everything and Sean pulled it off again. Just like he did for me when I moved form Texas.He set me up with Tim, the mortgage lender at Nations Lending and gave me an excellent deal.Once again, Sean made the whole process run smoothly each step of the way and I can't thank him enough. I highly recommend him for all of your realty needs.

My wife and I were first time home buyers entering a volatile market for which we were unprepared. We needed somebody by our side with a lot of experience. Sure, Sean checks all the boxes for a realtor, but he is so much more. He has an extensive background in construction and has a substantial amount of knowledge regarding building process, quality, and common issues to pay attention to. He also comes to the table with educated opinions and the ability to intelligently speak to inspectors, specialists, engineers, and town representatives thoroughly.We wouldn't trade our experience with Sean for anything. He would have showed us 1000 homes without batting an eye because at the end of the day, he made it very clear that his only goal was to get us into a house that we loved, no matter how much time or energy that took. When we found THE home, Sean made sure we were the first ones in the door to see it. In case this review doesn't age well, I should make it clear that in the COVID 2020 market, this is incredibly important, as houses are here one minute and gone the next. Thanks to Sean, my wife and I are currently living in our dream home and I'm sitting here as happy as can be by the fireplace, beer in hand, tapping away at this review.If you're looking for a realtor that will have your back and get you results, look no further.
