I have recently ran into a problem and found out that I have a 2 1/2 year old little girl and she was abused by her mother!! So my mother who is a savior agreed to sell her condo that she owned and buy a townhouse with me to help me raise this little girl! So mom says we need a realtor to sell her place fast and find us a new home! So I start searching around for a realtor and WOW everyone in Colorado thinks they can do it!!! I came across Sean Murphy and read the reviews on him, I liked what I was reading!!! So I made an appointment with him and once we met I KNEW he was the one to get the job done!! I filled him in on the situation I was in, I could tell he actually cared and wanted to help! From that moment Sean was also on a mission just like me, my mothers house was on the market by the end of the week!! It sold in 5 days!!!! In those 5 days we were with Sean everyday looking at houses, I lost count on how many houses we looked at, and at no point did I ever feel like Sean was annoyed or just saying in his mind "just make a choice!" At every house he asked what was our feeling was, what did we like/not like, every input we said he applied to the next house!! We found a beautiful 3 story 3 bedroom townhouse that just went on the market we where the first people to look at it, and it was the one!!! We told Sean right away to put our offer in!!! As he was securing our offer to the new house he also sold the condo for more than we asked!!!! I was speechless, this man made what felt like climbing Mt. Everest feel like a walk in the park!!! I can not put into word the professionalism and dedication Sean has for his clients!! Not only was he just our realtor but he became a family member to us!! We will be inviting him over on holidays every year because of how he took care of us!! I understand that there are many good realtors in Colorado but do they really care about you?? Or are they just looking for that commission check?!
