Me and my wife decided to transition from renting to attempting to own a house around September of this year, we were simply tired of paying rent and figured it made sense to pay for something that we could own. After finding a house we were interested in seeing, we requested a tour and we happened to randomly get connected with Brandon through the Zillow app. From the start Brandon was extremely polite and provided us with information regarding the houses we saw and was ready to answer any questions that we had regarding the process although we were new to this process we never felt like we were less of a priority as he continued to provide exceptional service. Brandon was able to connect us with people that were able to help us get all of the information needed to start making offers and try to get a house. He went above and beyond to make himself available to me, made a real effort to understand what I was looking for in a property, and helped me navigate a challenging process to get an offer accepted on a promising investment in a very competitive market. I was disappointed that he dissuaded me from getting a home inspection, which I felt was an important step.
