Sean was honest with me out of the gate with the info I gave him on what I was looking for in a home when I had already passed up on a couple other realtors who tried to just push my price higher than I was comfortable with. I'd never met Sean before or heard of him. We found a great pick and he was always prompt and available with every inquiry I had about it which helped me build confidence in him as my agent. This is my first time buying a home even though I build them for a living and I appreciated how well connected Sean was for the loan process as well as finding a good inspector too. I was also in somewhat of a pinch in needing to move soon and I was able to close on a house within a month (literally) of first seeing it; which was a surprise to everyone I've talked to so far. There was one unfortunate mishap with the house I bought with the plumbing in the kitchen backing up from a blockage in the basement. I was very frustrated by this and pretty upset as it seemed to be from a sub contractor's careless disposal of grout. Sean calmed me down which isn't easy and went through what we needed to do for me to be covered methodically. He reached out to the seller and his agent as well for me and they agreed to send out a licensed builder to get everything replaced that needed to be and up and running. That was such a huge relief for me and I'm very glad Sean got me to take the right steps to allow that to happen. I'm a very happy first time home buyer, even more so now, and would recommend Sean to anyone for his commitment, promptness, honesty and thoroughness.
