Very happy with Sean C. My husband and I have had the pleasure of knowing Sean for over a decade. He helped us buy our first home and just recently helped us sell it. We keep going back to Sean because he is knowledgeable about the market, professional, and a joy to work with. He communicated with us on a regular basis, almost daily even. Our home not only sold in FIVE DAYS, but went for $86,000 OVER asking! He then went above and beyond to help us organize and move everything out in time. How many realtors do you know that would postpone an important meeting to sweep out your garage? That's just who Sean is. When he takes your listing, he's ALL IN. He takes one of the most stressful events in life and makes it beyond manageable. Everyone should get representation this knowledgeable, compassionate, and trustworthy. When I'm ready to buy again, there's no question who I'm going to call.

Once listed, the open houses went off without a hitch but it was Sean's experience in all types of markets that sets him apart. Experience does matter This is my 3rd transaction with Sean. 2 of the transactions were as smooth as could be.
